I co-led a Diversity and Inclusion team. One of the things we did to build the culture was short form interviews with members of the production teams.
Part of the process of producing these videos was teaching new skills to team members including producing, shooting and lighting.
We created this video to share with the vendor community who were forced to do their presentations previously done live in the studio from home. We produced the video from scratch to provide the specific information that the vendors would need to be successful. I helped produce and edited this video.
I produced a series of Gratitude videos to thank the people who continued to work in the studio through the pandemic. I collected videos from different teams and published a weekly video.
The producer team took their turn expressing gratitude to the live team and add a satirical spin poking fun at video conferencing and the funny things that people did as they were learning how to use the new technology.
At the end of the Gratitude series, we put together a video of the live team saying You're Welcome.
I worked with the global Crews team getting these videos and images together to welcome the teams back into the buildings as the pandemic began to ease up. I edited the package and shared it across the global network.
